Let me explain: we have a wonderful game we play at school called Hearts and Bombs. The basic premise (in my version) is thus: A grid of 25 squares; teams take it in turns to choose squares; hearts add 10 points, bombs remove 10 points; other squares have grammar questions which add or remove 5 points depending on a correct answer or not. Simple.

We love it at the school because it's simple, and yet everybody loves it. I seldom use it with my adults but the handful of times that I've done it they love it too. However, I think that my Pre-Int students via Vkontakte.ru (the Russian Facebook) have made their feelings a little too clear.

Do you think they're trying to tell me something?
